Steve Shreve grew up in Falls Church, Virginia where he drew doodles all through his childhood. he also loved reading comic books, taking tuba lessons, and watching television specials about bigfoot. Steve now works as a designer and illustrator, and still enjoys doodling. Steve’s son was the inspiration for The Adventures of Charlie. Steve lives in Bethel, Connecticut with Benny: his wife Lauren; his daughter Madeline; and a pug named Bodoni.
